Slightly delayed but .. I would like to express my admiration for Dr. Val’s utmost professionalism which I was lucky to benefit from a few months ago. Dr Val rescued my hearing, which had been lost (fortunately, only temporarily)! Back then, she responded as soon as it was possible for her (which meant extra working time for the day) and I received extremely professional care just when I needed it (as it was an emergency case). I was truly impressed with the detailed check she performed (for nearly an hour) on me and the fact that she measured my body temperature and my blood pressure, both in three different ways. I felt that I received the best possible medical treatment – it was amazing service which is not often witnessed these days! I have always been very satisfied with the attention that I received, although Dr Val is usually extremely busy! She always communicates with me with a friendly attitude and provides really warm care. Every time I’ve met her (including the follow-ups afterwards) I was met with her smile and she has made my visits as comfortable as possible. I also highly appreciate the fact that Dr. Val always gives detailed explanations as to how to take the prescribed medicines. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Dr. Val!!! I am infinitely grateful for the professional care you have given me as well as a piece of your heart! You are MY doctor!!!
